In 2021, Yet 2 Evolve Productions released the groundbreaking documentary Betrayal of a Nation (BON).
This powerful film provides a comprehensive overview of U.S. history, delving into the social injustices faced by marginalized communities while offering actionable solutions.
Inspired by the documentary Betrayal of a Nation, the 3E Program for Social Justice and Change is an inclusive curriculum designed for middle and high school students to explore U.S. history, with a focus on African American and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities. Developed in collaboration with educators and social justice activists, the program fosters Ethics, Empathy, and Empowerment through self-paced digital lessons aligned with NY State Social Studies Standards. Students gain critical skills in civic engagement, advocacy, and creative expression by:
Writing bills and letters to Congress and organizations
Creating PSAs and social media campaigns
Attending speaking engagements with social justice leaders
Participating in cultural and historical enrichment trips to sites like The Legacy Museum, Black Wall Street, and Selma-to-Montgomery March landmarks.
